I am running live Codex pilots to test whether a repository map actually reduces context use without hurting task completion.
The first pilot runs were inconclusive because neither condition produced a successful solution, so I stopped treating the raw token totals as a valid headline comparison and am fixing the harness, MCP usage, and benchmark design.
